Return Policy

Before you return an item you must receive a return authorization number from Phoenix Machine, LLC.

• All returns must be in original condition and completely unaltered and unopened
• A copy of the original invoice with the return information on the reverse side filled out, must accompany the item
• A description of the reason for the return and what you would like from us.  ie: exchange, refund, etc. must be in written form
• A 10% restock fee applied to all returns
• Orders over 60 days from ship date are non-returnable, and will not be accepted
• Customer must pay return shipping costs
• Special orders cannot be returned under any circumstances
• Shipping and crating charges are Non-Refundable
